A 30+ year veteran of higher ed, with 20 years of university senior leadership experience, Rosowsky is both passionate about and deeply committed to promoting the power, potential, and bold futures of our great public universities. In July 2024, he joined Arizona State University as Senior Advisor to the President, where he also holds the titles of University Design Institute Senior Fellow and Foundation Professor in Engineering. Rosowsky served previously as Vice President for Research at Kansas State University, Provost and Senior Vice President at the University of Vermont, Dean of Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and as Head of the Zachry Department of Civil Engineering at Texas A&M University. He writes and speaks about higher ed, leadership, governance, and change management.
