A 30-year veteran of higher ed, with more than 15 years of academic leadership experience, Rosowsky is both passionate about and deeply committed to promoting the power and potential of our great public universities. Once and always a professor of civil engineering, he currently serves as Vice President for Research at Kansas State University. Before joining K-State, Rosowsky served for six years as Provost & Senior Vice President at the University of Vermont, and prior to that as the Dean of Engineering at RPI and as Head of the Zachry Department of Civil Engineering at Texas A&M University. He writes and speaks about higher ed, leadership, governance, and change management.
